1. Introduction

Welcome to FlowSafe HomeCare (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, bookings, and communication channels.
By using our services or submitting a booking, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

FlowSafe HomeCare offers:

  • Plumbing repairs

  • Leak detection

  • Installations & replacements

  • Home Plumbing Maintenance

  • Silicone resealing (bathroom/kitchen)

  • Stopcock location/testing/tagging

  • Home Preventative Check (£49.99 service)

  • Care Plans (monthly/annual)

We operate primarily in Dartford and surrounding areas (approx. 15-mile radius).

3. Booking & Appointments

3.1 Appointment Requests

  • Our online booking system

  • WhatsApp

  • Contact form

  • Direct phone call

  • Scorecard result pages

3.2 Appointment Windows

We may give an estimated arrival time or time window.
Delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or job duration.

3.3 £49.99 Home Preventative Check

This service includes:

  • A 30-point visual water-side check

  • Stopcock testing & tagging

  • Limescale and flow assessment

  • Photo report

  • Fixed-price repair options

This check is visual only and does not include:

  • Gas work

  • Panel removal

  • Invasive investigation

  • Parts

  • Repairs (unless pre-agreed)

The £49.99 is credited back if you book a repair or join a Care Plan within 14 days.

3.4 Missed Appointments

If you are not home at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee of £20.

4. Quotes & Pricing

4.1 Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change if additional issues are found during the visit.

4.2 Fixed-Price Repairs

Where possible, we provide fixed prices in the photo report.
Prices include labour and exclude materials unless specified.

4.3 Care Plans

Care Plan pricing is listed on our website and may be updated at any time.
Included labour does not roll over.

4.4 Emergency Call-Outs

Emergency visits may incur additional charges depending on time, distance, and job type.

5. Payments

We accept:

  • Stripe

  • Bank transfer

  • Cards (via online link)

  • GoCardless (for Care Plans)

5.1 Payment Terms

  • All repairs must be paid in full upon completion.

  • Care Plans are billed monthly or annually.

  • Failed subscription payments must be resolved within 7 days.

5.2 Deposit / Upfront Charges

Some larger jobs may require a deposit before work begins.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1 Customer Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment.

6.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made under 24 hours may incur a £20 fee.

6.3 Company Cancellations

If we need to reschedule due to emergencies or delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Workmanship & Guarantees

7.1 Labour Guarantee

We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on repairs we complete.

7.2 Parts Guarantee

Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

7.3 Limitations

Guarantees do not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Pre-existing issues

  • Third-party interference

  • Issues caused by customer misuse

  • Water damage caused by access delays

8. Access Requirements

You must ensure:

  • Safe access to all plumbing areas

  • Someone 18+ is present during the visit

  • Pets are secured

  • Hazards are removed

If unsafe conditions exist, we may refuse service.

9. Use of Photos & Reports

We take photos to:

  • Document findings

  • Provide before/after evidence

  • Create your photo report

Photos will never show your address or identifying personal details.

With your permission, we may use anonymous before/after photos for marketing.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Hidden defects behind walls, floors, tiles, panels

  • Future failures unrelated to our work

  • Water damage occurring before we arrive

  • Losses caused by delays outside our control

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree that:

  • You will not misuse the site

  • You will not attempt unauthorised access

  • Content is protected by copyright

12. Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
